Terms of sale

1. Scope

These terms govern paid access to the Stalonis online service (the "Service"), sold by Sephoris Group LLC ("we") to anyone who subscribes to an offer ("you"). Subscribing means you accept these terms.

2. The Service

Stalonis is browser-based software, with nothing to install, for designing house and renovation plans, viewing them in 3D, producing visuals and exports, and sharing projects. The exact content of each offer is described before you subscribe.

3. Account

The Service requires an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your access confidential. A company may open a team workspace and invite members up to the number of seats it has subscribed to.

4. Offers and prices

Offers and their prices are shown before any payment. Prices for individuals include VAT; prices for companies exclude VAT, with any applicable tax added according to your situation. We may change our prices; a change applies to an existing subscription only from its next renewal, after at least 30 days' notice.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by our provider Stripe; we do not store your card details. Subscriptions are paid in advance, monthly or yearly depending on the offer, and renew automatically. A one-off purchase is paid once.

6. Free trial

Subscriptions for companies may start with a 14-day free trial. A payment method is requested at sign-up and is charged only when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then.

7. Your projects

You keep ownership of the projects and content you create. You allow us to store and process them only to provide the Service.

8. Availability and liability

We take reasonable measures to keep the Service available and secure, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. Plans and visuals made with Stalonis are design and presentation tools; they do not replace the work of a qualified professional where regulations require one.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico (USA). If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. For any complaint, please write to us first at support@stalonis.com.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account (billing section). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; access remains open until then and no further payment is taken.

Consumers' right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you have 14 days from your purchase to withdraw, by writing to support@stalonis.com. If you asked for the Service to start before the end of that period, an amount proportionate to the service already provided may be withheld; the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the service has been fully performed with your agreement.

Refunds

Outside the right of withdrawal, a period that has started is not refunded and cancelling does not give rise to a pro-rata refund. Any payment taken in error (double charge, charge after cancellation) is refunded in full to the original payment method.

Data we process and why

• Account: name, e-mail address, organisation — to create your account and give you access to the Service (performance of the contract).
• Projects: the plans and content you create — to save, display and share them at your request (performance of the contract).
• Billing: name, billing address, VAT number where applicable, payment history — to invoice you and meet our accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation). Card details are processed by Stripe and are not passed to us.
• Technical data: access and error logs — for the security and proper operation of the Service (legitimate interest).

Service providers

We use providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and authentication, servers in the European Union), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (network and security), Stripe (payments) and Resend (e-mail delivery). Some are based in the United States; transfers outside the European Union rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, including the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Account and project data are kept while the account is active, then deleted within a reasonable time after it is closed. Billing data are kept for the period required by law.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, obtain a portable copy, object to processing or ask for it to be restricted, by writing to support@stalonis.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country (in France, the CNIL; in Luxembourg, the CNPD).

Cookies

This website uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement. The application only uses the storage strictly needed to keep you signed in.
